Exposing my Neices and Nephews to The Electric food that is so Abundant around them. St. Lucia has one of the highest diabetes rates in the world because they value so heavily White sugars, flours and KFC. I made it one of my goals to show my family a way to eat that not only promotes life, but is cheaper because the ingredients grow right across the street from them. Hope you enjoy!
