500g All Purpose Flour
9g Salt
1 Egg
20g Unsalted Butter
65g Sugar
5g Instant Yeast
250ml Water
65g Sugar
15g Milk Powder
Egg Wash
2 Yolks
25ml Olive Oil
10g Corn Starch
Bake 20min at 350F
