A smoky flavor that pleases the palate and is hard to forget. This is how we taste them in Dominican homes. Then with fresh ingredients we will cook it. Eggplants, in addition to being more accessible and economical, are a source of important nutrients. You can taste it with different garnishes and surely you will not need the meat.
