OATSCALDO RECIPE:
1 Cup Oats
2 Cups Veggie Broth
3 Cloves Garlic
1 TBS avocado oil
Salt, Pepper, Ginger to taste
Calamansi, Green Onion for Garnish

Directions:
Toast oats in lightly oiled pan for 2 minutes
Add Veggie broth and simmer until thick and cooked thoroughly
Season to taste
Add garnish and serve

CHUNKY VEGETABLE SOUP RECIPE:
1 Medium Onion
4 Cloves of garlic
1 Inch chunk of ginger
3 Small carrots
3 Short stalks of celery
1 Cup kabocha squash (Can replace with potato, taro, or other starch)
5 Wing Beans
1 Medium eggplant
1 Cup pumpkin Tips
4 Cups veggie broth
2 tbs cooking oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Finely dice ginger and garlic
Cut Onions into strips
Chop veggies into bite sized pieces
Sautée onions, garlic and ginger in oiled pot at medium to high heat
Once onions are transluscent add kombocha squash
Cook for 10 minutes
Add veggie broth
Add additional vegetables
Season to taste
Serve with rice
