1 cup of hot water
4 tablespoons of vegetable shortning
Yeast Ingredients
1/2 cup of warm water
1 packet of instant yeast
1 tablespoon of white sugar
Dry Ingredients
4 cups of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of white sugar
1 tablespoon of salt
Let dough rise for 2 hours.
Then let rise for 1 hour.
Bake in oven on 325″ for 20-25 minutes.
