This Jamaican Stew Peas recipe is sooo delicious! I bet you’ll make it weekly!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 – 2 Cups of Kidney Peas
1 Fresh Coconut (you may substitute with canned Coconut Milk) Fresh is always best!
Himalayan Pink Salt (optional)
Garlic
Ginger
Spring/ Alkaline Water
Pumpkin (can be substituted with Squash)
Purple Skin Sweet Potato
Plantain
Scotch Bonnet Pepper
Thyme
Skellion (scallions/Green Onions)
Red Onions (diced small)
1/4 – 1/2 Cup White Unbleached or Whole Wheat flour (Depending on how many spinners you would like.
1 Tbsp Cornmeal for spinners

**You can add your favourite vegetables as you like**
