Thanks again for stopping by my channel. In celebration of Creole season in Dominica i decided to cook some goat water. Goat water is usually made at special occasions and though goat may have a distinct taste, when it is combined with fresh herbs and spices the taste is impeccable.

INGREDIENTS:
3lbs goat meat
5 medium irish potatoes
4 large carrots
1 cup diced yellow yam
1/2 cup diced eddoes
5 chopped seasoning(pimento) pepper
1/4 small green pepper
1 mini yellow sweet pepper
3 cloves
10 cloves of garlic
1 onion
dough for dumplings
2 tbsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 maggi cube
1/2 tsp gravy browning
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 cup green onion
small cluster of thyme
