8 Garlic Cloves Mashed
2 ½ tsp Dominican Orégano
½ Lime
¼ head Cabbage thinly sliced
½ cup Vinegar
¼ cup Water
1 Tomato thinly sliced
¼ Red Onion Thinly Sliced *optional
