This video is my family’s favorite Spaghetti Recipe–Dominican Style.

In this recipe we make our own spaghetti sauce.

Instructions for sauce:
In a pan on medium heat, add olive oil and chopped medium white onion, 4 cloves garlic (minced), generous amount of chopped fresh cilantro, one chicken bouillon cube, 3 tablespoons tomato paste, 1 pint of whipping cream and 1 packet of sazon goya. Add salt to taste.

Add 1 pound of cooked spaghetti (cooked al dente) to the sauce.

Enjoy topped with parmesan cheese!

****I’m trying out a different style of showing my family recipes. Let me know if you have any comments or can relate to the normal experience of cooking your family meal.
