Cuba 312 is my favorite Cuban restaurant in Chicago. Their ropa vieja is truly perfect. They roast their shredded flank steak and braise it in a creole based tomato sauce with sweet peppers, onions and garlic. On the side, you get tostones, white rice and black beans.
