I made plain simple roti, my preference is less oil but you can use more oil and less cooking time for a silker softer roti. Feel free to roll your roti dough thinner or thicker. (your preference)
Roti dough recipe
3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon what-if you dont want to use yeast use 2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 oz shortening- you can use butter or oil
about 1 cup of lukewarm water
Curry chicken recipe
5 drumsticks cut into pieces
a dash of salt
2 teaspoons green seasoning
5 teaspoons curry powder
a dash of paprika
1/3 cup of chive
1 tablespoon grated ginger
2 gloves of grated garlic
a dash of goya
pepper sauce
1 tablespoon mix spice
onion and bell peppers
about 3 cups water
1 teaspoon salt to add to the end
