Welcome back guys! I made a simple caribbean breakfast this morning: fried dumplings with cooked up saltfish & pumpkin, sliced an avocado pear, and fried some plantains. One word: delicious! Hope you enjoy, gather your ingredients and cook with me!
You’ll need:
1 lb of saltfish
1/2 lb pumpkin
Few sprigs of thyme
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp black pepper
1 scotch bonnet pepper (optional)
