Ingredients:

1 Cup or Ib. Crab Meat, chopped
1½ Cups Steal Bread Crumbs
1 Large Egg
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise any type
1 Tsp Mustard any type
1 Tsp Savoury or seasoning of choice
Pinch Salt and Pepper

3 Boiled Potatoes
Oil of choice for frying your crab cakes.

Method:

1. First boil your potatoes and let cool, in a large bowl mash potatoes.
2. Then add all the other ingredients except the crab and mix will together.
3. Then fold in your chopped crab meat until all combined.
4. Next shape crab mixture into small crab cakes or choice.
5. In a cast iron pan or pan of choice add oil and let your pan heat up on a medium heat.
6. Start frying crab cakes, don’t over crowd frying pan.
7. Let fry until golden brown or 3-4 minutes on each side.

Dipping Sauce:
½ Cup Mayonnaise of choice
¼ Cup Sour Cream
½ Tsp Onion Powder
2 Cloves Garlic ( pressed)
1 Tsp Mustard of your choice
½ Tsp Hot Sauce of Choice
½ Tsp Paprika
Pinch Sea Salt, and Black Pepper
1 Tsp Lemon Juice

Method:
Mix together all ingredients until blended, then let cool serve with crab cakes.
