Ingredients:
3 1/2 Cup Flour
1 3/4 Cup Pineapple Jam (Or as much or as little as you want)
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Evaporated Milk
1/2 Cup Shortening
1/4 Cup Custard Powder
1 TBPS Baking Powder
3/4 TSP Nutmeg
1/2 TSP Salt
1/2 TSP Essence
20-15 Drops of Yellow Food Coloring
3 Large Eggs
1 Stick Butter
