Fish is tasty in all forms, boiled fish, steamed fish, baked fish, fried fish and smoked fish.
This boiled fish recipe is a must try because both the fish and the soup were very delicious and ofcourse healthy.

What you need for this fish boil recipe are every day ingredients that you can get from any grocery store or a market.

Tomatoes
Onions
Garlic
Green pepper
Red pepper
Carrots
Spring onions
Potatoes
Rosemary
Basil

For the dry ingredients:
1 TBSP Salt
1 TSP Fish curry powder
½ TSP Paprika
½ TSP Coriander powder
¼ Black pepper

*Make sure your hands are clean before touching any foods.

*Make sure the food your going to cook is clean especially meats/fish.

1. Wash the fish, cut it into desired shapes and sizes then Salt it and set it aside.
NOTE: Only salt it if its fresh water fish, if its salt water fish, don’t salt.

2. Cut the vegetables into small sizes

3. Place the chopped tomatoes, onions and red pepper into a blender and blend till smooth then put them in a pan and put them on a source of heat and let them boil for 5minutes.

4. Add the rest of the vegetables to the pan and let them boil/steam for 10mins.

5. Add the fish to the pan and some water then cover and let it cook for 10minutes on high heat then reduce the heat and let it cook for another 5minutes.

6. Serve with any food of your choice.
