Ingredients and Measurements:
1 stick salted or unsalted butter
1/2 cup all purpose flour (can replace for cream of wheat)
1/2 cup cream of wheat or fine sooji or fine farina
1 can evaporated milk
1/3 cup chopped maraschino cherries
1/3 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped nuts (I used almonds and pistachios)
1 tablespoon custard powder (dissolve with 2 tbsp. hot water)
1 tsp. vanilla essence
1/2 cup brown sugar (add more if you you like it really sweet)
1/4 cup orange soda
1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
1 cinnamon stick
4-5 whole cloves
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
