How to make blue curacao syrup at home:
1. Take one orange & collect orange zest
2. Squeeze orange and extract juice
3. In a pan add 1/2 cup sugar 1 cinnamon stick 1/2 cup water
4. Cook until boil.boil for 5 minutes it attains thick consistency.
5. Lower the flame and add orange zest and orange juice
6. Mix well & add blue colour.cook for 2 more minutes..
7. Cool down completely and your blue curacao syrup is ready.
