WHAT I EAT IN A DAY:

As a flexible eater, I don’t subscribe to any particular diet. Instead, I focus on simple nutrition, focused on marcos, especially proteins, with lots of leafy greens and veggies to get my micronutrients.

Morning
– I start the day with a full glass of water and lemon
– For breakfast, I enjoy a 3-egg vegetable frittata with red onions, mushrooms, red peppers and spinach **Watch video for full step-by-step instructions**
Mid Morning Snack
– Protein shake with Women’s Best Vegan Protein, soy milk and a banana
Lunch
– Leafy mixed greens with protein
Mid Afternoon Snack
– Hard boiled eggs
Dinner

Dessert
– Banana with almond butter
